List of supported providers for mail synchronization and SingleCase

SingleCase has a function to synchronize your email inbox and project/case mail within the application. Synchronization works on the principle of creating client and project/case folders in your mail. You then simply drag the email to the case folder and SC will sort it itself.

However, this function depends on many variables, one of which is your email provider. Each provider has slightly different settings, different software, and this often leads to complications when starting synchronization. We have therefore decided to limit this function to a list of supported providers, because any modification for a smaller provider can damage the functionality for larger ones.

The basic condition remains that your provider must have a valid and trusted certificate installed on your email domain for communication encryption.

It must also be one of the providers from the list below. If your provider is not on the list, synchronization may still work, but we can no longer guarantee this. The list is as follows:​
