HELP: Everyone has the ability to edit their own notification settings in "Mail and Calendar Settings". If you are assigned as a user on a Case, but you are not actually doing any work on it, you will receive notifications unnecessarily. In this case, please contact the person in charge who will correct the situation and remove you as a user from the file.
