How to connect SingleCase to your email inbox

Via Graph API or IMAP

You will then be able to transfer messages from your email inbox to the SingleCase mailbox.

Settings

Go to Menu => Mail and calendar settings:


Continue to the Synchronization of e-mails from the mailing tab:

Graph API/Microsoft 365

To synchronize emails within Microsoft 365, enter any data in the rows (the service runs through a Microsoft account and server data is not needed). It is important to have the automatic mail synchronization option checked. You can fill in the data in the same way as in the sample image:


Confirm by clicking on the “Save” button. Please ignore the “TEST IMAP CONNECTIONS” option.

Other Services

For other services, fill in the details as recommended by the service provider, e.g. for Websupport as follows:

IMAP server address: imap.websupport.cz

Port: 993

Security: SSL

IMAP login is your email address, IMAP password is the password to it. If you use two-factor authentication when logging into your mailbox, pay attention to the article IMAP, SMTP and Two-Factor Authentication.

Don't forget to check the Automatic synchronization of messages checkbox, as shown on picture above.

Save the configuration with the SAVE button; within a few minutes, the SingleCase folder will appear in your mailbox with nested client and individual file folders. To upload an email to SingleCase, simply move or copy the email to the appropriate file folder.
