The integration with Legal Systems is an additional feature that allows you to benefit from smart automation without having to leave SingleCase. If you are interested in this service, please get in touch.
1. Widget on the main page
On your home page, you have access to a widget providing an overview of documents in progress in Legal Systems. The list shows the five most recent documents that you have worked on and allows you to return to editing them.
You can create a new document by clicking on the 'CREATE NEW FROM TEMPLATE' button.
2. Selecting a template and location
First, select an automated template from the list. The list suggests document names and their locations.
Then select the case and folder in which the document should be created.
3. Creating and sending back a document in Legal Systems
You will then be redirected to the Legal Systems page, where you can fill out the form.
Once you have finished editing, send the document back to SingleCase.
Within a minute, the document will disappear from the overview on the main page and appear in the selected folder.
