Before you start actively working with SingleCase, you need to fill in a few details. This will ensure full functionality of the application, including invoicing clients.
To enter the settings, click on your name in the top right corner "My name"->Settings
What needs to be filled out?
On the Company tab, fill in the company's billing information and save.
On the User tab, you can add additional users who will work in SingleCase.
On the Role tab, you can set default billing rates (e.g. partner, manager, back office, consultant, attorney, trainee, student, etc.). You can Add, Edit and Delete Roles.
On the Billing tab, you can set the minimum reportable unit, the template for the invoice attachment, the number series for the variable symbol, and other fields.
