Standard generic reports provide basic overviews—for example, about the work of individual users, the development of cases, or your own work. These reports are immediately available to all users with the appropriate role and allow for quick orientation in performance and activities.
Custom reports take the possibilities further. They allow you to:
track exactly the data that is most important to your team or company,
combine information from different sources according to your own needs,
define the period for which the report is downloaded,
further work with the report in Excel, for example using pivot tables or other calculations,
provide access to the report only to selected roles, thereby maintaining clarity and security of information.
