SingleCase is not just a tool for submitting timesheets, preparing invoices, or managing documents, but also a tool that allows you to get an overview of what is really happening in your company, team, or cases. Our goal is for every user to be able to quickly and clearly see the data that is relevant to them, enabling them to better manage their cases, make decisions based on facts, and save time.

Standard generic reports provide basic overviews—for example, about the work of individual users, the development of cases, or your own work. These reports are immediately available to all users with the appropriate role and allow for quick orientation in performance and activities.

Custom reports take the possibilities further. They allow you to:

  • track exactly the data that is most important to your team or company,

  • combine information from different sources according to your own needs,

  • define the period for which the report is downloaded,

  • further work with the report in Excel, for example using pivot tables or other calculations,

  • provide access to the report only to selected roles, thereby maintaining clarity and security of information.

We offer predefined reports in the system free of charge. For a fee, we can create a report tailored to your needs. The entire reporting system is designed to be flexible, clear, and easy to use.

How to download a report?

If the user has access to at least one report, a new line called Custom Reports will appear under the Reporting line. Hovering over this item will open a menu with available reports. Simply click on the desired report.

A window will open where you need to select the time period for which the report should be calculated. You can enter the period manually or select from the preset options by clicking on the three dots.

Then just click on "Generate report" and the report will be downloaded to your computer as an Excel file.

Note: After saving the report, the user must refresh the page for the new or modified report to be displayed.

Fill in the name of the report, select the roles that will have access to the report, and finally enter the URL address of the report that you received from us.

Name

Enter any name up to 50 characters. This name will appear in the title of the downloaded report. Reports are sorted alphabetically.

Role

Select roles from those you have set up in SingleCase. The report must have at least one role assigned to it. If the user has no reports assigned, the Custom Reports section will not be displayed.

URL

The URL consists of two parts. First, copy your domain, e.g., https://saguinus.singlecase.app/.

Then add the URL of the specific report, e.g., /csapi/custom/generic/export_project_stats.

Combine both parts and paste them into the Report URL field:

https://saguinus.singlecase.app/csapi/custom/generic/export_project_stats
