What reports do we offer?

We have these reports available:

Export of reports not invoiced by the end of the period (mostly the year). If you export for the year 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2025, then it will export everything open as of 31.12.2025 (i.e. not invoiced at all or invoiced after 1.1.2026)

/csapi/custom/generic-ch/export_unfinished_timesheets

Main tax report - about payments for a specific period

/csapi/custom/generic-ch/export_payments

Export of unpaid invoices - same logic as 1, i.e. all unpaid invoices at the end of the year

/csapi/custom/generic-ch/export_unpaid_invoices

Export of unpaid retainer invoices - same logic as 1, i.e. all unpaid advances at the end of the year

/csapi/custom/generic-ch/export_unpaid_retainers

How do I set up these reports in SingleCase?

In Settings (section Integration → List of reports), click on the Add button.

Fill in the name of the report, select the roles that will have access to the report, and finally enter the URL address of the report that you received from us.

Name

Enter any name up to 50 characters. This name will appear in the title of the downloaded report. Reports are sorted alphabetically.

Role

Select roles from those you have set up in SingleCase. The report must have at least one role assigned to it. If the user has no reports assigned, the Custom Reports section will not be displayed.

URL

The URL consists of two parts. First, copy your domain, e.g., https://saguinus.singlecase.app/.

Then add the URL of the specific report, e.g., /csapi/custom/generic/export_project_stats.

Combine both parts and paste them into the Report URL field:

https://saguinus.singlecase.app/csapi/custom/generic/export_project_stats

Save

Click Save. The report is now inserted.

Report administration
All inserted reports are displayed in the table. Here you can click on the icon to edit or delete the report.

How to download a report?

If the user has access to at least one report, a new line called Custom Reports will appear under the Reporting line. Hovering over this item will open a menu with available reports. Simply click on the desired report.

A window will open where you need to select the time period for which the report should be calculated. You can enter the period manually or select from the preset options by clicking on the three dots.

Then just click on "Generate report" and the report will be downloaded to your computer as an Excel file.

Note: After saving the report, the user must refresh the page for the new or modified report to be displayed.
