When you type in a report and struggle with the description, two icons light up on the right - "plus" and the so-called "hamburger".
If you like the caption, you can click on the plus sign to save it as one of your favorite.
Next time you type something that matches the description, it will whisper it to you. Confirm your selection with enter.
To call up a whole library of all your favourite descriptions, click on "hamburger".
