Are graphic signatures and logos from emails being saved in your cases a nuisance? Add them to the blacklist and the system will ignore them during the next email synchronisation.
To enable the blacklist feature, contact our customer support team via chat or email at support@singlecase.cz.
How does it work?
We have created a list of blacklisted attachments. If a file is on this list, the system will ignore it.
How do you add a file to the blacklist?
There are two ways to do this:
1) In Settings, under the Documents tab, you will find the list of blacklisted attachments at the bottom of the right-hand column. Here, you can add individual graphic signatures and rename them. Only users with access to System Settings can blacklist documents in this way.
2) The second method can be used by all users who have permission to delete emails. They will see a trash can icon next to each email attachment. Selecting 'Remove & discard' will remove the file from the email and add it to the 'List of Blacklisted Attachments'.
The rule created in this way applies to the future, not retroactively.
