In general, these events can be entered for each project/case. You can assign tasks to a specific person or to multiple people, or enter your own task. For deadlines and proceedings, there is also the option to assign them to all users of the project/case.
These events can be created in SingleCase in several places.
On the main screen, you can enter the event directly.
You can also go to "My Name" -> "Overview" section ...

You can enter the event directly via the Create -> Deadline/Task/Proceeding button in the project/case.
Note:
If you create an event via the main screen or overview, you will need to fill in the client and project/case fields. If you add an event via 'project/case', the 'client' and 'project/case' fields are already pre-filled.
Creating a task
When you create a task, it is automatically filled in for you by default, but you can change this as needed.
You can expand the assignment by selecting 'More options', which gives you the option to add details and attach documents.
You can also 'Add repetition', where you can select from a list or add multiple reminders.
When adding repetition, select the interval, time unit and number of repetitions.
Finally, confirm by selecting 'CREATE TASK'.
Creating a deadline
The deadline is usually set as information for everyone working on the project/case. If necessary, you can select specific people.
You can also set deadlines based on working days. As with tasks and deadlines, you can select 'More options', deadlines can be set as 'Repeated', you can add 'Details', attach 'Documents', or 'Add more notifications'.
Confirm everything by selecting 'CREATE DEADLINE'.
Creating a proceeding
A proceeding is a type of event where you can specify a start and end time. For a proceeding, select the person or people involved in the event. You can also set multiple notifications for this event. Additional options can be found under the 'More options' tab.
As in the previous types, here you can set 'Repeat', add a 'Detailed description' and 'Select documents'.
Finally, confirm by clicking the 'CREATE PROCEEDING' button.
