Optional fields can be edited in "My name" -> Administration"
on the Custom fields page
Custom fields can be included in a Custom Field Group.
You can create Create a custom field group with "+Add new" button
and then fill in the "Name" and for which "Subject" (Client, Contact, Project/Case) this group will be available. Then Save.
You can "Edit" or "Delete" custom fields group using the icons.
