Creating a retainer invoice

Start by clicking on Client in the left panel. Then click on the Sheets icon

Switch to the retainer Invoices tab and use the CREATE NEW RETAINER INVOICE button

3. For the sake of clarity, it is then appropriate to mark the retainer invoice as paid when payment is received from the customer

This will also turn the Request for Payment into a Tax Document in the Export column. However, by clicking on the arrow you can download both documents at any time; regardless of the payment status.

Credit

When you subsequently create a new invoice or a new fast invoice - e.g. for 30 000 CZK below, you are notified in the first step that there is retainer invoice and you can use it against the fast invoice (To lower the amount of the invoice by the amount already paid)

If you create a normal invoice, this page will also appear and comes in the 2nd step after the "Editing of invoice items" step
